This is the brand new 2018 Sevierville Visitors Guide. Some time ago, area businesses were asked to submit photos of handmade items for consideration for a page about locally crafted wares. Our shoppe does have quite a few handmade mini garden accessories. There’s even a special little tag and stamp for them!
Anyway, our photo was turned in and we sort of forgot about it.
Well, guess what!?!?
We were chosen! I don’t know about you, but this is totally an honor to me. I feel so pleased and lucky!
Well, you better believe that very night I went into production!
And they are just as cute as can be, if I do say so myself.
I’m happy to say, the most adorable little brown-eyed girl came in with her Mommy yesterday to get fairy garden supplies for a Spring Break project and took one of these home. I hope they have fun together and their mini garden turns out beautifully!

Our New Shoppe
We told you way last summer that we were going to be moving. SO MUCH has happened between then and now! It’s just the two of us running this business, so when things get crazy, we really have to scramble. But, the remodeling and moving is done, and we’re pretty well settled in. We have some projects to do outside when Spring arrives, such as a beautiful outdoor patio area and something to make our entrance warm and inviting. We’re looking forward to those improvements.
Amidst all of the chaos, Len and I each welcomed a new grandbaby. For Len an absolutely beautiful little girl, and for me an upside down, unexpectedly early little boy, who is also positively perfect.
The Heart of It
What you see above is part of our new, expanded mini garden department. So exciting! It’s so much fun because it will always be an ever-changing work in progress. We plan to add a year-round Christmas section, many more locally handcrafted items, and as always, we do our best to find quality Fairy Garden accessories you won’t see in the chain stores.
Our beautiful new retail space naturally features our primary product lines, professional quality outdoor lighting and water feature components, as well as home and garden decor. Like these guys. They’re my favorite. Don’t they just make you smile?
Leaps of Faith
And last, but certainly not least, is some really big news. We’re nearly ready to open our online store! This has been a huge undertaking… I had NO IDEA! It’s not there yet, but we’re well on our way. You’ll be the first to know when we launch!
And, you can now follow us on Instagram!
It’s time again for the Sevier County Master Gardener’s Flower and Garden Show! This is an opportunity and a great time you don’t want to miss. There is so much to see and activities for the kids too.
We’ll be there with full size garden decor, plenty of information about outdoor lighting and water features and, of course, lots of Miniature Garden accessories. Stop by and say Hi. We would love to see you!
Many of you already know us as Just Gardens Supplies in Seymour, Tennessee, purveyors of professional quality outdoor lighting and water feature components. But we are so much more than pumps and landscape lighting!
Our retail shop takes pride in its selection of unique, quality garden art that can add ambiance and personality to lawn, garden and home. Most recently we have added our miniature garden department, filled with distinctive, enchanting accessories for miniature gardens.
Len Stevens is owner, boss and resident genius. I’m serious. He knows so much about everything. He built this business from the ground up. Come see him for expert advice about lighting, water features and ponds. He is also very knowledgeable about landscape design and plants for both full size and mini gardens. Len is passionate about helping his customers be successful.
I’m Kathy. It’s my job to argue with QuickBooks every day. Sometimes I win. I’ve made it my mission to find the most beautiful fairies and premium miniature garden accessories for our customers. Len calls me “Senior Buyer” because he’s all professional like that, but really, I shop. I even get to build mini gardens. Doesn’t really sound like work, does it?
Blogging is a new experience, and we have a lot to learn. But we’re excited to share everything we’re discovering about miniature gardens with you. I’m completely addicted and my little gardens are all over the shop!
We plan to share tips about the best plants for mini gardens and terrariums and how to care for them. I would like to post tutorials for mini garden accessories you can easily make yourself. You will hear about brand new products for sale at Just Gardens for your miniature gardens as soon as we get them in. Lots of photos and ideas will inspire you to build your own mini garden. Anything that we think will be helpful or interesting to you, we will pass along.
We want you to have fun with your miniature gardens and be successful. That’s our goal. Follow us so you won’t miss a thing!
